Redfin recently released a report on where rents are going.
To cut to the chase, at the time of this writing, rent rates aren’t falling in Cleveland or Ohio in general, with perhaps an exception where in Palestine since people are concerned about contamination.
And in fact, four of the hottest real estate markets in the nation at this time are in Ohio.
But here's the deal: Cleveland rates have gone up by about 17% over the past year.
There are a lot of other areas where rental rates are going up. And also quite a few where they are going down too!
Gvien the direction of Cleveland rents, that makes it a great place where you can still find affordable properties and collect rents that make sense. In other words, a great place to get a return on your money.
But I’d argue that there are other areas, various nooks and cranny's, that are similar for Return on Investment in Ohio.
