Listing, Marketing and Selling your Home with Thomas is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

First, you let him know that you would like to list your home or that you are considering your home.  While Thomas prefers that he meets with you in person, it is absolutely not necessary.

Once you are decided to work together, Thomas performs a proper market analysis.  This requires looking at Actives and Pendings as well as Recent Sold properties and getting the price dialed in to maximize your profit at closing.  A word to the wise: accept Thomas' suggestion - he follows the same pricing process when he sells his own properties.  He knows what he's doing.  

Third, paperwork.  This is where the details come together for effectively marketing the property.  This can be done in person or online.
